DESCRIPTION
Tube:
black, smooth SBR rubber.
Reinforcement:
synthetic textile fabrics and embedded steel wire helix.
Cover:
black, abrasion, ageing and weather-resistant SBR rubber.
APPLICATIONS
Suction and delivery of water and non-aggressive
liquids. It is recommended for loading and discharge
of storage tanks, tankers, for irrigation and
for all applications where a flexible and easy to
handle hose is required.
STANDARD LENGTHS
Up to and including inside diameter 63.5 mm: 40 m.
from I.D. 65 to 125 mm: 20 m.
from I.D. 150 mm: 15 m.
On request 40 m lengths for sizes up to I.D. 125 mm.
PACKING
All hoses are wrapped in polythene film.
SUCTION
Suitable for maximum suction 0.8 bar (600 mm Hg).
TOLERANCES
RMA steel mandrel tolerances.
On inside diameter:
up to and including inside diameter 38 mm ± 0.79 mm
for other inside diameters ± 1.59 mm
TEMPERATURE RANGE
Working temperature: –30°C (–22°F) to +80°C (+176°F)
NOTE: On request this hose is also available with thicker wall (BEVERA
H 10) or also with bursting pressures up to 60 bar (BEVERA
20) for heavy duty applications.
