DESCRIPTION
Tube:
smooth, black colour antistatic EPM rubber.
Reinforcement:
synthetic textile fabrics, embedded steel wire
helix and built-in copper wire to facilitate the
electrical connection between the hose and the
end couplings.
Cover:
smooth, antistatic (R< 10 6 /m) black colour,
abrasion, and weather resistant EPDM rubber.
APPLICATIONS
Designed for suction and delivery of highly aggressive chemicals
according to our Chemical Resistant Table and EN 12115.
STANDARD LENGTHS
Up to and including inside diameter 63.5 mm: 40 m.
For bigger inside diameter 20 m or on request 40 m.
PACKING
All hose coils are wrapped in polythene film.
SUCTION
Up to including inside diameter 63.5 mm.: 0.90 bar.
For bigger inside diameter: 0.80 bar.

According to EN 12115
On inside diameter:
from I.D. 19 up to 38 mm ± 0.50 mm
for I.D. 50 and 51 mm ± 0.70 mm
from I.D. 63.5 up to 102 mm ± 0.80 mm
On outer diameter:
from O.D. 31 up to 51 mm ± 1.00 mm
from O.D. 64 up to 91 mm ± 1.20 mm
for O.D. 116 and 118 mm ± 1.60 mm
Length tolerance: +1.50% / –1%
