DESCRIPTION

Tube:
black, oil and fuel-resistant, smooth NBR rubber.

Reinforcement:
synthetic textile fabrics, embedded steel wire
helix and built-in copper wires for electrical continuity
at both ends. The copper wire can be
taken out when the hose is cut in specific
lengths from standard coils to facilitate welding
to fittings.

Cover:
black, mineral oil, fuel, abrasion and ageingresistant,
antistatic (R<1M/m), NBR/SBR rubber.

APPLICATIONS
Designed for suction and delivery of mineral oils
and fuels (with aromatic content not exceeding 50%) from rail and road tankers, in service stations and in refineries.
TÜV approval for the electrical resistance.

STANDARD LENGTHS
Up to and including inside diameter 63.5 mm: 40 m;
from I.D. 65 to 100 mm: 20 m.
On request 40 m lengths for sizes up to I.D. 100 mm.

PACKING
All hoses are wrapped in polythene film.

SUCTION
Suitable for max. suction 0.8 bar (600 mm. Hg).

TOLERANCES
RMA steel mandrel tolerances.
On inside diameter:
up to and including inside diameter 38 mm. ± 0.79 mm
for I.D. bigger than 38 mm ± 1.59 mm
Length tolerance: ± 1%
