DESCRIPTION
Flexible hose having a grey, rigid PVC spiral
embedded in a metallic grey, flexible PVC
wall.
Externally corrugated, smooth inner surface.
APPLICATIONS
Suitable for suction of air, dust, fumes, sawdust
and wood-shavings. Also suitable for
centralised suction equipment in wood, textile,
china and welding equipments. It is also
suitable for use on agricultural machinery.
PACKING
All hose coils are wrapped in polythene film.
SUCTION
Up to and including I.D. 50 mm 0.75 bar (550 mm Hg)
From I.D. 51 mm up to I.D. 100 mm 0.40 bar (300 mm Hg).
For bigger I.D. light suction.
TOLERANCES
On inside diameter ± 4%
On wall thickness ± 0.5 mm
Length tolerance ± 1%
All other technical data are subject to a ± 5% tolerance.
BURSTING PRESSURE
Bursting pressure: three times working pressure.
TEMPERATURE RANGE
Working temperature: from -15°C (+5°F) to +60°C (+140°F).
NOTE
Available on request:
- ASPIREX/AU self-extinguishing, having an ivory, rigid PVC
spiral embedded in a dark green, flexible PVC wall. Tested by
CERISIE according to UL 94 V-0.(Centro Ricerca e Sviluppo
nell’Impiego degli Elastomeri).
