APPLICATIONS
Suitable for delivery of all foodstuffs containing
animal or vegetable fats and oils as well as beverages such as
milk, mineral water, fruit juices, wine and liqueurs, etc. according
to national and international norms, such as

:

• U.S.A.: FDA - par. 21 CFR 177.1520

• E.U.: Directive 90/128 EEC, sec. A and subsequent amendments

• Italy: Ministerial Decrees of 21/3/73 and N. 220 of 26/4/93

WORKING TEMPERATURE
Working temperature: - 15° C (+5° F) to + 70° C (+ 158° F)
Cleaning: hose can be washed and sterilised with usual detergents
or steam cleaned to a temperature of 130°C (+266°F) for
short periods. For severe or special applications and if in doubt,
please ask to our Technical Assistance

Up to and including inside diameter 63.5 mm.: from 36 to 40 m.
From i.d. 65 to 102 mm.: from 18 to 20 m

All hose coils are wrapped in polythene film

TOLERANCES
On inside diameter:
± 0.50 mm up to and including diameter 38 mm.
± 0.70 mm for diameters 50 and 51 mm.
± 0.80 mm for bigger diameters.
On outside diameter:
± 1.00 mm for diameters from 31 up to 51 mm.
± 1.20 mm for diameters from 64 to 91 mm.
± 1.60 mm for bigger diameters.

DESCRIPTION

white, smooth natural rubber, conforming to
Italian Legislation D.M. 21-3-73 suitable for
foods having pH > 5 relevant to simulator A of
D.M. 26-4-93 n. 220.

Reinforcement:
synthetic textile fabrics, embedded steel wire
helix.

Cover:
blue, smooth synthetic rubber, excellent resistance
to abrasion, weathering and ageing.

APPLICATIONS

Light weight and facility in handling make this
hose particularly suitable like milk collection
hose.
Tested by the French Institute IANESCO in Poitiers.

STANDARD LENGTHS

Up to and including inside diameter 6.5 mm: 40 m.
From i.d. 65 to 100 mm: 20 m.

PACKING

All hose coils are wrapped in polythene film.

SUCTION

Suitable for max suction 0.8 bar (600 mm Hg).

TOLERANCES

RMA steel mandrel tolerances.
On inside diameter:
Up to and including inside diameter 38 mm ± 0.79 mm
for bigger I.D. ± 1.59 mm
Length tolerance: ± 1%

TEMPERATURE RANGE

CLEANING
It can be washed and sterilised with usual detergents or steam
cleaned to a temperature of +120°C (+248°F) for short periods.

RECOMMENDATIONS

The hose must be left empty after use.
